..::Down the Memory Lane◊Blossoming Berryz::..
I’ve nothing to do today, so I just spent my time watching all the PVs of Morning Musume, Berryz Kobo and C-ute that I have. I enjoyed watching these girls metamorphing from cute girls to pretty (some are still cute) girls, especially the Berryz. Its funny to watch a genki Risako change into a feminine one, and lets not forget the others, who are also getting better and better in each PV. Hence, I decide to write this. Lets take a look at them, shall we…
Anata Nashi de wa Ikite Yukenai

The first single from Berryz Kobo. I must say, they had started with a really great one. I really love their fashion, really cool. Especially the caps. They were also really cute at this age (even now).

Fighting Pose wa Date ja nai!

The only problem that I have with this single is the scenes where they were spending time choosing clothes and having make-up. Honestly, I can’t stand girls spending time on make-ups. Other than that, the song is good.

Piriri to Yuko!

The song was really cheerful, especially in the bus. The shots at the field sometimes remind me of Soul Calibur 2 (for no actual reason). Anyway, love the sky (?), it was so clear blue…

Happiness ~Kofuku Kangei!~

Okay, no comments. Err, Risako and Miya were great. One more thing, when will they stop singing in front of the food, and start shoving something into their belly?

Koi no Jubaku

Oh, this song was great. I just love to see the girls in the school uniform. Yurina was great in here, and Risako had a new hair cut. Of course, I love it. But then, the shots were changed to the one with red and yellow outfit. Sometimes I wonder if those cheerful colours suit the sad faces of the girls or not…

Special Generation

One of the best song from the Berryz, in my opinion, at least. The song was really energetic, and when I first heard it, I just can’t stop playbacking it and sing along. The dancing was good too. However, Chinami had a little problem in this one. She seemed really quiet (not singing, I mean) and her dress was… well, not good.

Nanchuu koi wo yatteru YOU KNOW?

Another of my favourite one. Really love Risako’s dissappointed expressions, she was simply the best. This single also focus a lot more on Yurina, which is good. The colour, yes, they really match it, blue and white. Just perfect.

21ji made no Cinderella

Risako sounded really weird in this one, but still ok to me. Seriously, the girls seemed really cute and stylish when wearing caps, just like their first single. This song and the next one are what I called the “number-ous singles” coz their titles have numbers in it. Silly, right?

Gag 100kaibun Aishite Kudasai

Ah, this one. This is the first single ever I heard from Berryz Kobo. Hearing it just make me wanted more, and here I am, rambling endlessly about them. I just can’t stop giggling watching them holding the letters (it’s a love letter, isn’t it?) especially Miya, she looked ridiculous when smiling like that and covered it with the love letter. Some of them were seemed liked had been turned down but still making up a smile, and its a dissappointing one. Hehe. Just love the weird sounds they made, such as…………. urgh, can’t spell it! One more thing, this song somehow reminds me of Morning Musume’s Go Girl ~Koi no Victory~.

Jiriri Kiteru

I could say this is my least favourite PV. The song was good and so was the music. Miya was starting to get more beautiful and mature while Momo was better than before, with less childish voice. But still, I can’t say I really love it, maybe coz of the colour. It was full of despair…

Waracchao yo BOYFRIEND!

Okay, I must admit, I’m really scared watching Yurina in this one. She’s so tall, too tall I suppose. Momo’s voice was really great, not childish, but soft. Risako somehow looked like Erika!

Munasawagi Scarlet

Another one of my favourite single. This song was just as great as Special Generation and nearly as perfect as Dschinghis Khan. Except for the once again, make-up scenes. But I really love their eyes. The whispering sounds of “ha” were great too, and I love Saki making this sound. I also marked this song as the beginning of the great songs from Berryz Kobo.

Very Beauty

Finally, a slow tempo and harmonic song from the Berryz. All of them were very beauty in this PV (appropriate for the title). Even Maasa looked different (in a good way). All of them finally showed their feminine selves. Still, Risako was the most beautiful. Watching her in this PV was the reason I started to love her until today. I’m also glad to hear quite a long line from Yurina.

Kokuhaku no Funsui Hiroba

I take this song as Berryz’s current best slow tempo single. Really love the soft melody. Again, Risako sounded really nice, and Momo again showed her ‘alternate’ voice (which wasn’t sound childish). Somehow, this song really touched me, watching them as friends, but separated…

Tsukiatteru noni Kataomoi

If Very Beauty was the reason I started to love Risako, then this one was the reason I started to love Miya! She looks really great in that costume, and so did Yurina. But Yurina seemed really funny in this PV. The way they shook their knees were somewhat annoying. Still, Miya looks great, again and again.

Dschinghis Khan

Haha, this one. Nothing could be said here, since I just wrote a 99% complete post of this single. It was the best of all singles from Berryz Kobo. As I said before, their ‘age of glory’. Everything’s perfect.
