..::The Kings For A Cinderella::..
Now for some kakkoi J-pop group from H!P. High-King’s first single, C\C (Cinderella\Complex) would be release around June. Here’s the PV of the single. To me, this group is really cool, featuring all those leaders of different groups. The name High-King itself fits them.
Watching this PV or even listening to it always make me think of Reina as a king (and a mischievious one), wearing yankee fashion sitting on a royal chair, with a cape, hehe. But she often shows innocent expressions in this PV, hmm… Anyway, the colour theme of this PV is really great: red and black (were once my favourite colours). This is also the first time (for me) to see Maeda Yuuka, a member of Hello! Pro Egg. I’m just happy to see Ai-chan and Reinya in this PV, really miss them. Reinya was really cute with her hairstyle. As for Ai-chan, she really can’t stop from having her hands around her face, could she? Sometimes, I just couldn’t understand what’s up in her mind. From the recent PVs (Resonant Blue and this C\C), most of her expressions were somehow sad and despair. But in some other videos of her (not PVs and I can’t remember what are those), she seemed enjoying her life. What’s in her mind, I wonder. Which one is the true Ai-chan?
Well, forget about it, for now. Next is Saki-chan a.k.a. Captain. Honestly, she doesn’t get much attention than she supposed to in Berryz Kobo. And I felt sorry for her. Anyway, she should take this opportunity of joining High-King to expose her self more often, and I’m really satisfied with what I saw out of her in this PV. She’s really superb in C\C. And I could finally hear some ‘real’ solo lines from her. Maimi, I can’t really decides my true feelings towards her. Before I watched C-ute’s PVs, to me she’s a cute girl too, and possibly be my favourite C-ute member. But then, after watching them, my feelings towards her seemed lost and undefined. Anyway, the Maimi in this song is good. Somehow, her appearance could replace Sayu. Maybe coz of her complexion and hairstyle. Finally, Yuuka. I can’t say much out of her, coz I don’t really know about the Hello! Pro Eggs. At first, before discovering that its Yuuka, I thought is was our young Mitsii! Her voice is special in this song, it really differs from others. She has the small kind of voice, which helps to vary the singing in the PV.
Overall, this is a good single, sing by a great group. I wish this group will continue to have more singles even after the musical is over. Still, please don’t affect their current position in their respective original groups. For example, giving them a graduation concerts or something like that, just so that they’ll concentrate more in High-King. The trade is not worth it…
